Indulge in a twenty minuet nap the moment you arrive home from your day. Place a cool face cloth (I love to use an ice pack) on the back of your neck and one on your forehead. Shut off all electronics, landlines and cell phones. (I use a blind fold. Takes too much time to close out the light from my windows) A dark room is ideal .You may time yourself, be sure to set your alarm on the softest ring. This practice is great for all ages.

You will be surprised at how revived you will feel upon waking and you will get a lot more accomplished by utilizing this silent healer. This is a fabulous practice for the whole family to experience, you will find yourselves sharing on how much more productive you all seem.
