Silent Healers: Soothing Foot Soak and Massage.

Create a mini home spa. Find a container big enough to put both your feet in. Fill the container ½ way with a little more than warm water stir in one half cup of baking soda, to enhance the experience you may put in a few drops of lavender aromatherapy oil. I prefer Young Living Oils as the quality and variety of the oils are superb. I suggested lavender because of that oils properties, great for calming people and pets, works quickly, too.

Make sure to allow for a minimum of twenty minuets. Situate your soak in an area where a little water spill won’t be a problem. I place large garbage on the floor and then a large fluffy towel over the plastic so when I finish soaking I place my feet on the towel to dry them and wow, it feels wonderful my feet tingle and my whole body is relaxed.
